Cancellation: Students may request to cancel their consulting services at any time. To initiate the cancellation process, a written request must be submitted via email or our website contact form.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds for canceled services are subject to the following conditions:
- If cancellation is requested before the commencement of the consulting sessions, a full refund will be issued.
- If cancellation is requested after the commencement of the sessions, a pro-rata refund may be provided based on the remaining sessions.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
Non-Refundable Cases: In certain exceptional circumstances, no refunds will be issued, such as when a student is found to have violated our terms and conditions.
