Call Mr. Arun Bapna 9001099110, 9214422499 | akbapna@gmail.com विदेश में एमबीबीएस में दाखिला लेने के लिए अब राष्ट्रीय पात्रता व प्रवेश परीक्षा (नीट) पास करना अनिवार्य नहीं है। दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट के न्यायमूर्ति एस. रविंद्र भट व न्यायमूर्ति एके चावला की पीठ ने भारतीय चिकित्सा परिषद (एमसीआइ) की उस अधिसूचना को खारिज कर दिया है, जिसके तहत बगैर नीट पास किए छात्र-छात्राओं को विदेश में दाखिला लेने पर रोक लगा दी गई थी। पीठ ने आदेश दिया कि विदेश में दाखिला लेने वाले छात्रों को राहत दी जाए। उन्हें योग्यता प्रमाण पत्र जारी किया जाए। हाई कोर्ट में छात्रा पारुल भटनागर, अमृता शंकर व शाहुल हमीद ने वकील अशोक अग्रवाल के माध्यम से याचिका दायर की थी। याचिका में मार्च 2018 में एमसीआइ द्वारा जारी उस अधिसूचना को चुनौती दी गई थी, जिसमें कहा गया था कि विदेश में एमबीबीएस में दाखिला लेने वालों के लिए नीट पास करना अनिवार्य है। याचिकाकर्ता पारुल ने वर्ष 2017 व 2018 में नीट परीक्षा दी थी। वर्ष 2017 में वह पास हुई थीं, जबकि 2018 में फेल हो गई थीं। 2018 में विदेश में एमबीबीएस में दाखिला लेने के लिए उन्होंने एमसीआइ से अनुमति मांगी तो यह कहते हुए इन्कार कर दिया गया कि बगैर नीट पास किए वह विदेश में एमबीबीएस में दाखिला नहीं ले सकतीं। याचिकाकर्ता के वकील अशोक अग्रवाल ने कहा कि एमसीआइ की अधिसूचना के बारे में छात्रों को जानकारी तक नहीं थी। उन्होंने कहा कि एमसीआइ की अधिसूचना के अनुसार अगर किसी ने नीट के लिए आवेदन नहीं किया है तो वह विदेश में दाखिला ले सकता है, लेकिन अगर आवेदक नीट में फेल हुआ है तो वह विदेश में एमबीबीएस में दाखिला नहीं ले सकता। सुनवाई के बाद दो सदस्यीय पीठ ने एमसीआइ की अधिसूचना को खारिज करते हुए नीट पास किए बगैर भी विदेश में एमबीबीएस में दाखिला लेने की छूट दे दी। Click here to download Court Order Details | Click here to apply for best options abroad How to Select Right Country, Real Information & Real Packages. Know About HSK Test or Chinese Proficiency Test

Introduction : HSK (Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi) or the Chinese Proficiency Test is an international standardized exam which tests and rates Chinese language proficiency. It evaluates Chinese language abilities for non-native Chinese speakers in term of using the Chinese language in their daily, academic and professional lives. HSK test was launched in 1984. In 1991, the first HSK test was held outside of China. Since then, the HSK test centers have set up in China and countries all over the world. New HSK Test : HSK test began to be designed by Beijing Language Institute at Beijing Language and Culture University (BLCU). In March 2010, the new HSK test was introduced. The new HSK test was launched by Hanban in an effort to better serve Chinese language learners. The test is the result of coordinated efforts by experts from different disciplines including Chinese language teaching, linguistics, psychology and educational measurement. The new HSK test combines the advantages of the original HSK while taking into consideration recent trends in Chinese language training by conducting surveys and making use of the latest findings in international language testing. The new HSK test has a new test structure and style of language tested. The old HSK test structure was often criticized for assessing the formal and impractical language’s abilities. The new HSK test format is designed to assess usage of more daily and practical language. Both old and new HSK test had held for a while, but now international students can only take the new HSK test. The new HSK test consists of a writing test and a speaking test, which are independent of each other. There are six levels of writing tests, namely the HSK (level I), HSK (level II), HSK (level III), HSK (level IV), HSK (level V), and HSK (level VI). There are three levels of speaking tests, namely the HSK Speaking Test (beginner level), HSK Speaking Test (intermediate level), and HSK Speaking Test (advanced level). During the speaking test, test takers’ speeches will be recorded. HSK Test Levels HSK (Level I) : Test takers can understand and use very simple Chinese phrases, meet basic needs for communication and possess the ability to further their Chinese language studies. HSK (Level II) : Test takers have an excellent grasp of basic Chinese and can communicate in simple and routine tasks requiring a simple and direct exchange of information on familiar and routine matters. HSK (Level III) : Test takers can communicate in Chinese at a basic level in their daily, academic and professional lives. They can manage most communication in Chinese when traveling in China. HSK (Level IV) : Test takers can converse in Chinese on a wide range of topics and are able to communicate fluently with native Chinese speakers. HSK (Level V) : Test takers can read Chinese newspapers and magazines, enjoy Chinese films and plays, and give a full-length speech in Chinese. HSK (Level VI) : Test takers can easily comprehend written and spoken information in Chinese and can effectively express themselves in Chinese, both orally and on paper. Now NEET candidates only have 3 attempts, age cap introduced

You now have to be at least 17 and not over 25 years old to give the NEET paper. The National-Eligibility-cum-Entrance-Test (NEET) has introduced limits to the number of times aspirants can attempt the paper and the age of the candidates. Now, candidates can only try their hand at the paper three times and cannot be older than 25 years (30 years for reserved category), a surprising turn to a national examination that had no limit on the number of attempts and age till date. This has been done to bring down the number of older candidates competing with 17-year-old candidates (the minimum age limit), and to prevent fraud and cheating. According to data collected from the Maharashtra directorate of medical education and research (DMER), the oldest candidate was 38-years-old and at least another 100 aspirants were in their early 30s, TOI reports. This year, candidates have been eagerly waiting for the notification of NEET 2017 but it has been delayed over a long time. Even the official website of NEET is not available as it is under construction. In 2016, the NEET examination replaced the All India Pre Medical Test (AIPMT) which used to take place every year in the month of May. It has been made mandatory for admissions in all-India medical/ dental colleges. NEET 2017: New conditions spark another debate

Medical aspirants will now be allowed a maximum of three attempts to clear the entrance test, that too till the age of 25. A year after its stormy debut, NEET has once again sparked a debate among medical aspirants and parents. This time it is the introduction of a cap on the number of attempts and the upper age limit.The University Grants Commission last week said that students would be allowed to take the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) only thrice, that too until the age of 25. No such conditions existed earlier. While the government is yet to bring out a notification on the new changes, the decision has evoked mixed reactions. “The age criterion is a positive step but why discriminate between reserved and open category [The age limit for the reserved category is 30],” said Sudha Shenoy, a member of Mission 2017, a forum comprising parents of NEET aspirants. A student is eligible for NEET at 17, after Class XII and if that student makes continuous attempts, he or she would become ineligible for test after 20. This, according to Shenoy, is unreasonable as the students have eight years between 17 and 25. “Five attempts per candidate is a reasonable figure,” she said. Some parents say students continue to take the entrance test to secure a seat in a government-run medical college where fees are much lower. “Exorbitant fees charged by private medical colleges and deemed universities deter us from opting for them as we cannot cough up fees that run into lakhs,” said a student who is preparing for NEET. Those who could not get admission last year are under tremendous pressure to make it through this time, said Mahendra Choudhari, whose daughter is preparing for a second attempt. He said his daughter could not secure admission last year because of the chaos that ensued after the Supreme Court made NEET mandatory for all institutes in the country. Move will curb fraud, cheating But some parents, officials and people from the field of education feel the cap on attempts and age will bring down cases of fraud and cheating. “It is definitely a step in the right direction as we cannot have 30-year-olds writing NEET,” said Dr Purvi Shah whose daughter will take NEET for the first time this year. “The move will encourage students to crack the exam in one single attempt. It will help restrain them [candidates] from spoiling the crucial years of their life and instead opt for an alternative career early,” said Aakash Chaudhry, director of Aakash Educational Services, which runs a chain of coaching classes. “It will also help vacate the number of seats for other students who have been preparing for it and will be attempting NEET for the first time to pursue a career in medicine,” he said. MBBS students to protest against NEXT exam tomorrow

MBBS students from across the state will protest on Wednesday opposing to the proposed National Exit Test (NEXT). The students will be joined by the Indian Medical Association (IMA). NEXT is part of the proposal mooted by the Union Health Ministry as part of the amendments to be introduced in the Indian Medical Council (Amendment) Act. According to the proposal, students are mandated to clear NEXT to obtain license to practice. Students believe that taking an entrance exam in addition to their MBBS exams would be taxing. Dr Manoop Kumaraswamy, member, Young Doctors’ Association, IMA said, “What is the necessity for an exam when we are already preparing for NEET PG? Students will have to clear yet another exam. Instead, the government can just refine the existing system. Besides, we are told that even Ayush doctors clearing this exam will be granted permission to prescribe allopathy medicines after a bridge course.” Dr Rajashekara Bellary, president, IMA Karnataka said, “Those who have cleared MBBS are expected to take the exam. What is the use of having studied the course for five-and-a-half years then? It is an unnecessary burden on students. Students will also lose faith in the system of study then.” In a memorandum, the students have said, “The examinations are conducted by universities which are recognised by University Grants Commission and MBBS examination is therefore rightfully a qualifying examination for the degree of Modern Medicine. Therefore, introducing NEXT as a qualifying examination is unnecessary and makes the university examination redundant.” They also say that converting a competitive examination into both a qualifying examination and competitive examination for post graduation is not in the students’ interest as the structure and objective of a qualifying examination for admission to post graduation is different from a qualifying examination that is meant for assessing the minimum qualification required to receive the degree. Eligibility for AIIMS MBBS 2017 Exam The candidates who have passed Plus Two or equilant examination with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/OPH) can apply for the entrance. Those who are appearing for the qualifying examinations for this academic session can also appear for the entrance exam. AIIMS MBBS 2017 Entrance Examination The entrance examination to AIIMS MBBS 2017 will be conducted on 28 May, Sunday in various centres across the country in two sessions.
